Summary

Kreischer owned a firebrick factory on Staten Island and his son George F. Kreischer was an inventor and industrialist. The papers of George F. Kresicher (1846-1910) include patents, stocks, correspondence pertaining to his interests in gas lighting companies and steampowered transportation, personal and business accounts, his will, and other memorabilia.
