Summary
George Howard Clark, born February 15, 1881, at Alberton, Prince Edward Island, Canada, emigrated to the United States at fourteen. He graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S.E.E. in 1903. Clark worked for several firms and the federal government until joining the American Marconi Company in 1919, when the Radio Corporation of America was formed. Clark remained with RCA and eventually became one of its vice-presidents. This collection, assembled and arranged by Clark, consists of materials documenting the history of radio, especially its early days. Records include correspondence, photographs, articles, clippings, drawings, blueprints, patents and patent specifications, sales literature, and technical literature.
