Summary

This series contains: general correspondence files, 1932-1946 (Boxes 1-4); a small miscellaneous subject file (Box 5); and 19 volumes of lecture and research data notebooks (Box 6). The correspondence files cover various aspects of Professor Wahlin's academic and professional career and appear to be complete. The subject file contains some material on class teaching and other isolated matters, but the two folders on the Emergency Inventions Development Council are the most significant. The lecture and research data notebooks are too technical for evaluation by the layman, but most of the data notebooks appear to belong to a single series of which some of the earlier volumes are missing. The numbered volumes are for the period 1933-1955. One volume appears to contain lecture notes for a physics course.
