Summary
Bellaschi, is an internationally known and recognized expert in the field of lightning research. Bellaschi has been credited with being the principle technical contributor to the team that developed the machinery to create the first man-made lightning stroke, at Westinghouse. The collection includes more than 400 lantern slides and other types of images of electrical technologies. The objects consist of test equipment, transformers, power lines lines and towers, lightning and discharge equipment, insulators, switching equipment, capacitors, and vehicles.
