Clifton Poodry is a biologist and director of Minority Opportunities in Research at the National Institute of General Medical Sciences. In this podcast, Dr. Poodry discusses growing up on the Tonawanda Seneca Indian Reservation in western New York, and the value of mentorship in helping young people draw on their own creativity to nurture an interest in science.
